I could literally write volumes about Cassandra, but I'll keep it succinct in the interest of time. Cassandra is by far, the most hard working, energetic, positive, customer-oriented real estate agent in the business. I have bought and sold a few houses now, with various agents, and I've never seen anything like it. Her work ethic, pleasant demeanour and eye for detail are always on point. She is direct when it comes to the business side of things, but always explains the fine print so I can understand. She tirelessly answered dozens of my questions, (some I felt silly asking), and not once grew impatient or judgmental. I first met her while I was house hunting in Hamilton, and she skillfully navigated me through the choppy waves of the real estate market at every turn. Later in the year, when I was ready to rent out my property, she did hours of leg work, to find the perfect tenants for me, and the house I had transformed into a home. There is no better agent in this city, and I'd hazard to say, in all of the province of Ontario.
